Requirements:

   -Net 30 days, for customers with established credit.

  -To establish credit please send three current trade references and one bank reference

-Boston Warehouse accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

-Orders must be placed in multiples of the Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) Shown

Shipping:                

 -Orders weighing under 150 lbs are shipped by the best/least expensive method.  Orders over 150 lbs are shipped freight collect via truck unless otherwise specified.

FOB: Norwood, MA.

 Returns:                 
 -All returns must have prior approval and are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
-All damages must be requested within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
-Merchandise must be in original packaging and condition without any pricing or any other marks.
-No returns are accepted on closeout items.

 Damages:
 -Damages unfortunately do occur.   Boston Warehouse cannot assume responsibility for any damages in shipping.  Inspect your order carefully.   If you discover there are damaged items please notify your local carrier for inspection.

 Backorders:
 -Backorders will automatically ship unless canceled by the customer.
